QUALITY POLICY

Sundial Co. Ltd is committed to fulfil customer requirements by the implementation of a quality system following the requirements of ISO9001. Since 2013 the company is taking part of a local, environmental system for packaging waste management and recycling plans (Green Dot). Moreover, the manufacturing department for ready prepared culture media follows strictly the procedures and requirements of ISO11333 and ISO13485.

All products manufactured or distributed by Sundial Co. Ltd, have written specifications available to customers either in manufacturer’s catalogues or upon request. Custom made products under customers specifications and needs, are also possible. Please contact us through the contact form if you need a product that it is not listed in our website.

Each batch produced under any brand that Sundial is representing or any product that the company manufactures, can be provided at any time together with a certificate of analysis, if applicable. Certificates of analysis are not available for expired products.  

All Sundials’ distributed products that bare a specific shelf life, have an expiry date printed on the labels. Once opened, the product maintains its specifications provided that the storage conditions are applied and followed.  

Our internal quality objectives are to eliminate product failure and to ensure that all orders are despatched to customers without errors. Continuous improvement of the quality of our products, services and overall business performance, is essential and important to us, so we are able to preserve our competitive advantage derived from our need to meet our customer growing needs.
